The 12th Class Annual result for 2022 was announced on October 20, 2022. The 77.40% pass percentage marked a return to standard examinations following the previous years' COVID exceptions. This session was critical for university admissions across Punjab.

A total of 150,937 candidates appeared, and 116,826 successfully passed. The pass percentage dropped from the near-100% of 2021 as standard grading resumed.
