The 2021 Matriculation result was defined by the 'Smart Syllabus' policy due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Exams were restricted to **Elective Subjects Only** (Physics, Chemistry, Math, Biology/Computer). No exams were held for Compulsory subjects (English, Urdu, Islamiyat, Pak Studies), and marks for these were awarded based on the percentage secured in Electives.
This gazette is the only official record that explains the unique mark sheets of the 2021 batch. Students often download this to verify why their Compulsory marks are identical to their Elective percentage, or to confirm their 'Pass All' status.
The gazette contains the special COVID-19 results for students from Gujranwala, Gujrat, Sialkot, Mandi Bahauddin, Narowal, and Hafizabad districts.
