About UCHS
The world's first university dedicated solely to child health. Located within the massive Children's Hospital Lahore complex on Ferozepur Road, UCHS serves as a global model for pediatric care and research. It integrates 26 pediatric subspecialties and advanced diagnostic services to alleviate child suffering through curative and palliative treatment.
The concept was first proposed in 1984. The foundation stone was laid in 1990, and the Children's Hospital became operational in 1995. In July 2021, the institution was upgraded to a full public sector medical university under the University of Child Health Sciences, Lahore Act 2021. Prof. Dr. Masood Sadiq was appointed as its first regular Vice Chancellor in 2023.

Fee Structure
Fee Range
15,000 - 55,000 PKR (Per Semester)
Highly subsidized public sector pricing. Admission fee is approx 15,000 PKR. Regular B.Sc Allied Health programs cost approx 30,000 - 35,000 PKR per semester. MSN and DPT programs range between 40,000 and 55,000 PKR. Processing fee for application is 1,000 PKR.
