Established in 1994 as Sukkur Institute of Business Administration, it was initially affiliated with IBA Karachi. It gained independent university status in 2017 and is now famous for its community colleges and the National Talent Hunt Program (NTHP).

95,000 - 128,000 PKR (Per Semester)
Regular fees are approx 106,000 - 128,000 PKR/Sem. However, ~70% of students study on full scholarships (Zero Fee) via the Talent Hunt Program which covers tuition, hostel, and books.
