Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University (SBBWU) is the first public sector women's university in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Located at the Larama Campus on Charsadda Road, it is dedicated to empowering women through higher education in a culturally conducive environment. The university features the specialized Eleanor Roosevelt Corner for research and offers a safe, accessible campus with modern hostels and transport facilities.
Established in 2005 as Frontier Women University, it was renamed in honor of Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto to reflect its mission of female empowerment.
