A prestigious multi-disciplinary hub of innovation in South Lahore. ICBS is a 'W' category degree-awarding institute recognized for its rigorous academic ecosystem that blends professional ethics with technical competence. Located on the green Canal Bank Road near the Bahria/Shahkam intersection, the college serves as a primary center for Engineering, Technology, and Business education. It is distinguished by its 'Outcome Based Education' (OBE) system, aligned with the Washington Accord, and is the first business school in Punjab to achieve ISO 9001:9002 certification for its quality management systems.

The journey of ICBS began in 1991, established by the Pakistan Benevolence & Social Management Trust. In its foundational years, it maintained a strong academic collaboration with the University of Hull, UK, which helped shape its global outlook. On April 10, 2002, the Government of Punjab granted the institution an independent charter (Ordinance No. XIX of 2002), empowering it to award its own degrees. Since its inception, it has evolved into a comprehensive college offering over 50 accredited programs across five specialized schools.

For the 2026 session, BS Computer Science 1st semester is approx 152,500 PKR, with a total 4-year package of 1.24 Million PKR. PEC-accredited Civil Engineering is the most premium at approx 184,575 PKR for the 1st semester. BBA is approx 140,000 PKR. A one-time non-refundable Registration Fee of 20,000 PKR and per-semester University Charges of 6,325 PKR are mandatory. Installment plans are available for deserving students.
