A private university established to provide professional and technical education in AJK. While the university faced significant regulatory challenges and bans on new admissions, it historically served as a major institution for students in Bhimber and surrounding areas, offering programs in Management, Education, and IT.
Founded in 1994 under Act XXVIII of the Legislative Assembly of Azad Jammu & Kashmir. It was established by the late Dr. Muhammad Bashir Goraya to supplement public sector education. However, due to legal disputes and quality concerns, the HEC banned new admissions in 2016. Recent efforts have focused on degree verification for over 75,000 past graduates.
