Eligibility Criteria

• Domicile: Must be a permanent resident of Gilgit-Baltistan (GB).
• Education Board: Must have passed Matric or Intermediate from a Govt School/College in GB (or FBISE institutions located in GB).
• Passing Year: Must have passed the annual examination in 2025.
• Academic Merit: Minimum 60% marks in the last annual examination.
• Income Limit: Parental monthly income must be ≤ PKR 60,000.
• Enrollment: Must be enrolled in a registered public/private institution for the 2025-26 session.
• Exemptions: Income limit waived for Orphans, Grade 1-4 Employee Children, and Terrorist Victim Children.
