Eligibility Criteria

• Domicile: Must be a permanent resident of Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK).
• Education Board: Must have passed Matric/Inter from BISE Mirpur (AJK).
• Academic Merit: Secured at least 60% marks in the last annual examination.
• Income Limit: Parental monthly income from all sources must be ≤ PKR 60,000.
• Enrollment: Must be enrolled in a registered public/private institution.
