Eligibility Criteria

• Domicile: Must be a permanent resident of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa or Newly Merged Districts (FATA).
• Enrollment: Must be enrolled in the **1st Year** (Fall 2024 or Spring 2025) of BS or MS program.
• Institution: Must be studying in one of the 'KPEF Partner Universities/Colleges' (Public & Private).
• Academic Merit: Minimum 70% marks in the last degree OR 3.00/4.00 CGPA.
• Income Limit: Parental monthly income must be ≤ PKR 160,000 (Significantly higher limit for 2025-26).
• Priority Groups: Special preference for Orphans, Children of Shuhada, Minorities, Transgenders, and Persons with Disabilities.
• Exclusion: Students availing other scholarships (Ehsaas, HEC, PEEF, etc.) are ineligible.
