Overview

Fulbright Foreign Student Program 2027 (Master's & PhD) is a prestigious opportunity provided by USEFP (United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan) & US Department of State. This scholarship is designed to support students pursuing Master's (MS / MA / MBA) - 2 Years or PhD (Doctoral) - 4 to 5 Years. It offers Fully Funded, including benefits like Tuition Fee: 100% Tuition covered (Budget permitting, or university waivers). Monthly Stipend: $1,200 - $2,800 per month (Depends on city/state cost of living). Airfare: Return economy ticket (Pakistan <-> USA). Health Insurance: Accident and Sickness Program for Exchanges (ASPE). Textbooks: Annual book allowance. Settling-in Allowance: One-time payment upon arrival. Eligibility Criteria

  • Nationality: Pakistani citizens residing in Pakistan.
  • Return Requirement: Must return to Pakistan for at least 2 years after degree completion (J-1 Visa Rule).
  • Academic (Master's): 16 Years of education (BS/BA Hons or Master's) from an accredited university.
  • Academic (PhD): 18 Years of education (MS/MPhil) from an accredited university.
  • GRE Requirement: Mandatory for ALL applicants. Minimum score 138 (Verbal) & 136 (Quant) required to apply, but 300+ recommended for selection.
  • Work Experience: MBA and Public Policy applicants need 2 years of work experience.
  • Exclusions: Dual US/Pakistani nationals, employees of USAID/US Embassy, and students already in the US are ineligible.
