Eligibility Criteria

• Beneficiary Status: Children of Serving, Retired, or Deceased Federal Government Employees (paid out of Civil Estimates).
• Contribution: Employee must be a regular contributor to the Benevolent Fund.
• Academic Merit (Stipend): Minimum 70% marks in the last annual exam. (Relaxed to 60% for children of BS 1-10 employees at Intermediate level).
• Academic Merit (Reimbursement): Admission on Merit + Passing all subjects (No Failure/Supply allowed).
• Exclusion: Children of employees of Autonomous Bodies (WAPDA, PTCL, etc.) or Uniformed Armed Forces are generally NOT eligible (they have their own funds).
