Eligibility Criteria

• Beneficiary Status: Must be a child of Serving, Retired, or Deceased PAF Personnel (Officers, Airmen, or Civilians paid out of Defence Estimates).
• Academic Merit (Bachelors): Minimum **70% Marks** (or 2.88/4.0 CGPA) in HSSC/Intermediate.
• Academic Merit (Masters): Minimum **65% Marks** (or 2.69/4.0 CGPA) in Bachelors.
• Institution: For Merit Scholarships, students must be enrolled in HEC-recognized universities (Category A/B as per AHQ list).
