Eligibility Criteria

• Domicile: Must be a permanent resident of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (including Merged Districts).

• Academic Merit (Undergraduate): Minimum 60% marks in Intermediate.
• Academic Merit (Graduate): Minimum 3.0/4.0 CGPA or First Division.
• Income Limit: Parental monthly income from all sources must be ≤ PKR 100,000.
• Exclusion: Students admitted on Self-Finance or already availing other scholarships (like Ehsaas/HEC) are ineligible.
