Chief Minister’s Honhaar Scholarship Program 2025-26 (Punjab) is a prestigious opportunity provided by Higher Education Department (HED) Punjab & PHEC. This scholarship is designed to support students pursuing Undergraduate (BS - 4 Years) or Professional (MBBS / BDS / Pharm-D / DVM / Engineering). It offers Fully Funded (Tuition Fee Only), including benefits like Tuition Fee: 100% Tuition Fee Waiver for the entire duration of the degree program. Coverage Scope: Covers public sector universities AND top-tier private universities (LUMS, NUST, FAST, GIKI, COMSATS, etc.). Exclusion: Does NOT cover hostel, transport, or monthly living stipend. Eligibility Criteria

• Domicile: Must be a resident of Punjab.
• Age Limit: Maximum 22 years at the time of application.
• Income Limit: Family monthly income must be ≤ PKR 300,000 (Affidavit required).
• Academic Merit: Merit calculation = 30% Matric + 70% Intermediate.
• Minimum Marks: 80% for Medical (MBBS/BDS), 70% for Science/Engineering, 65% for Arts/Social Sciences.
• Enrollment: Must be enrolled in one of the '68 Selected Disciplines' at a 'Partner University/College' for the Fall 2024 or Spring 2025 session.
• Disciplines: Includes AI, Data Science, Engineering, Medicine, Agriculture, Social Sciences, etc.
