Benazir Undergraduate Scholarship Project (formerly Ehsaas) 2025-26 is a prestigious opportunity provided by Higher Education Commission (HEC) & Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP). This scholarship is designed to support students pursuing Undergraduate (BS / BA / BSc / BBA / BE / MBBS - 4 to 5 Years). It offers Fully Funded (Tuition + Stipend), including benefits like Tuition Fee: 100% Tuition Fee covered (Paid directly to the University). Stipend: PKR 4,000 per month (approx. PKR 48,000 per year) for living expenses. Duration: Covers the full duration of the degree program (4-5 years) subject to satisfactory academic progress. Eligibility Criteria

• Admission: Must be enrolled in a **Public Sector University** on **Merit** basis (Afternoon/Evening sessions are eligible only if fee structure is same as Morning; Self-Finance is ineligible).
• Income Limit: Total family income must be less than **PKR 45,000 per month**.
• Program: Only for 4-5 year Undergraduate degree programs (Not for 2-year Associate Degrees or MA/MSc).
• Quotas: 50% scholarships reserved for Female students. 2% for Students with Disabilities.
• Exclusion: Students availing any other scholarship (PEEF, HEC Need Based, etc.) are NOT eligible.
