Eligibility Criteria

• Domicile: Must be a permanent resident of Balochistan.
• Enrollment: Must be enrolled in a registered Government Polytechnic Institute (GPI), College of Technology, or Technical Training Center (TTC) in Balochistan.
• Academic Merit: Minimum 60% marks in the last examination (Matric Science for 1st Year DAE; DAE Part-I/II for subsequent years).
• Result Status: Must have passed all subjects in the first attempt (No supply/compartment allowed in the previous exam).
• Attendance: Minimum 75% attendance record in the current technical course.
• Exclusion: Students studying on 'Self-Finance' or availing NAVTTC/BTEVTA stipends are ineligible.
